SAM2013 conducts trainings, courses or consultations at various locations by the schedule on the Course Calendar, by appointment, or at other meeting facilities when necessary. Driving directions will be given as necessary for appointments, trainings or courses.

We have no regular business hours since we do not run a retail store. Our locations are only open to visitors by appointment (for consultations or to view some exclusive products) or for scheduled trainings or courses. Most of the time the phones will go to a voice messaging system rather than a person; however, your call will normally be returned on the next business day.
